Our mission is to provide food safety educated, not only to artisan dairy producers, but to the future food safety experts of the dairy industry. The Student Fellows program allows graduate students (M.Sc. and Ph.D.), who have completed their food safety curriculum, to be paired with artisan dairy producers who wish to have a one-on-one review sessions of their food safety plans. Under the direction of our Coaching Fellows, this program provides students with the opportunity to apply their knowledge and gain real world experience while helping artisans raise their food safety practices, a win-win for dairy.
